Procurement Specialist Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure costeffective and quality procurement of goods and services Negotiate contracts terms and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization Prepare and issue purchase orders and manage procurement documentation Monitor supplier performance resolve issues and maintain strong vendor relationships Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials Ensure compliance with procurement policies procedures and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain accurate records reports and inventory levels Skills Strong negotiation communication and vendor management skills Proficient in procurement software and tools such as SAP Oracle or equivalent Excellent analytical and decisionmaking abilities Solid understanding of market trends supply chain processes and cost analysis Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines 3 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management Certification in procurement e g CIPS CPSM is an advantage
