An excellent opportunity to provide key executive support to our Group CEO in an exciting fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Coordinate and prioritize commitments, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Manage the CEO's emails, calendar, meetings, travels, bookings, and engagements.
- Handle incoming queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding CEO matters, including confidential or critical issues.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Occasional overtime and flexibility in working hours may be required.
- Handle CEO's personal projects / tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.Minimum two years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in UAE.Flexibility to travel globally.Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Discretion in handling confidential information.Proactive problem-solving and task management.Highly organized with strong administrative skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Flexible, hardworking, and able to work independently.Additional Details
