About ClearGrid

ClearGrid is revolutionizing the debt resolution industry with cutting-edge AI and advanced analytics. We leverage real-time data, machine learning, and automation to optimize debt recovery for financial institutions. As we scale our technology team, we are looking for a Backend Engineer to build and optimize high-performance services.

Role Overview

As a Technical Product Manager (TPM) at ClearGrid, you will be the bridge between engineering design and business teams. You will define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure the seamless execution of technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering teams (backend, frontend, data, AI) to develop scalable solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with UX / UI designers to enhance user experience.
  • Manage Agile / Scrum workflows and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve product features.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SAMA, UAE Central Bank).

Requirements

  • Experience : 5 years in product management in a technical domain.
  • Technical Background : Strong understanding of Spring Boot, Python, React.js, Next.js, AWS, and GCP .
  • Agile Methodologies : Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices .
  • Cloud & Data Experience : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Problem-solving : Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Communication : Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
