ELV Technician

ELV Technician Job Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair HVAC systems including air handling units chillers cooling towers VRF FCU Package Units Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment such as pumps motors and compressors Perform electrical maintenance on lighting power distribution systems control panels and LV panels Inspect test and repair electrical components wiring and circuits to prevent system failures Maintain and repair plumbing systems including water supply drainage and sanitary fittings Inspect and fix leaks pipe blockages pumps valves and Calorifiers Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance as per Job cards Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Keep accurate maintenance records reports and logs Collaborate with other technicians and facility management teams to address maintenance needs Qualifications Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical or Electrical field Experience Minimum 25 years of experience in maintenance immediate joiner will be preferred Other Requirements Work may involve exposure to extreme temperatures heights confined spaces and noisy environments and also the assets shifting work Requires physical stamina for lifting climbing and manual work May include shifting work weekends and emergency callouts
