Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Broker located in Dubai. The Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, providing clients with market insights, negotiating contracts, preparing necessary paperwork, and maintaining updated property listings. The Broker will also be expected to build and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Real Estate Market, Property Sales, and Property Rental
• Skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Strong Negotiation and Contract Preparation skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Real Estate Software and Keeping Property Listings Updated
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
