We are looking for a skilled and motivated Bakery Senior CDP to manage a key section in the bakery and ensure high standards in daily production. This role is perfect for someone with strong baking knowledge and leadership qualities who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of a bakery station and lead its daily operations.
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, viennoiseries, and specialty items.
- Ensure consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Train and guide junior bakers and commis.
- Monitor mise en place, baking times, and proofing processes.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures (HACCP compliance).
- Support the Bakery Sous Chef in stock control and workflow planning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section.
