Safety Advisor Health Safety and Environment

Scope Responsible for developing and implementing Health Safety Management system at Transguard worksites and ensuring its compliance with International Safety Standards ISO This position will develop guidelines in coordination with HSE Manager for the HSE management of operations and standards The QHSE Officer will be a provider of information giving technical guidance on all Health Safety Wellbeing and Environmental matters identifying and advising on current and future requirements and ensuring that systems policies and processes are in place to prevent incidents and support the continuing development of a HSE culture across the organization Skills Selection criteria 45 years of experience in a similar field Bachelor s degree in science HSE or equivalent from a recognized university Airport experiencee would be a plus Any Recognized qualification in HSE such as NEBOSH IGC or NVQ etc Lead internal Auditor qualification in HSE management system ISO Basic First Aid and Firefighting Training Any internationally accredited environment certificate will be preferable Good knowledge in implementing HSE standards including policies procedures ISO standard such as ISO etc Working knowledge of project execution and technical knowledge of safety systems such as firefighting systems Knowledge of the UAE HSE legislation code of practice municipality guidelines OSHAD or other emirates HSE regulations Holding a valid UAE driving license Excellent knowledge of MS Office Good in report writing Strong decisionmaking skills Teamwork collaborative approach Critical thinking adaptability and analytical approach Empower people in HSE through role modeling You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
