Welding Engineer - Bridges H / F

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Welding Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing welding processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in our welding operations. - Develop and implement welding procedures and specifications for various projects. - Analyze and troubleshoot welding-related issues to improve efficiency and quality. - Conduct weld inspections and oversee quality control processes. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure welding requirements are met. - Stay up-to-date with the latest welding technologies and industry standards. - Train and mentor welding technicians and operators. - Manage welding documentation and maintain accurate records. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry codes. - Optimize welding processes to increase productivity and reduce costs. - Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in welding engineering, preferably in Steel Bridges or Steel Structures. - Must have AWS or CSWIP 3.2 Certification. - Experience with AWS D1.5. - Valid UAE Driving License.
