• Supervise front-of-house operations including waiters, runners, and FOH stewards.
• Act as Senior Captain Waiter and Assistant supervisor at the same time.
• He can do as a waiter or help with the operation when needed.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per company and government guidelines. Requirements
• Open to Arabic Nationals, 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in a Captain Waiter or Assistant Supervisor role within a fine dining environment, with solid knowledge of formal table service standards.
