As a Barista, you will be the face of our company, responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and light snacks while ensuring a positive customer experience. Your role will involve mastering our coffee brewing techniques, crafting beautifully presented beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace, all while engaging with our patrons to make every visit memorable. We are looking for a passionate individual who truly loves coffee and embodies the spirit of Etete Coffee , someone who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while taking the initiative to learn and improve their skills. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing menu recommendations and upselling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area throughout the shift.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and well-stocked to meet customer demands.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance coffee knowledge and skills.
