Maintenance Technician

We require 1 candidate as technician and 1 candidate as assistant technician Flexibility and ability to work with different areas of the business Have good written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to draft reports minutes correspondence procedures processes and forms Possess sound literacy in computer software including the excel Manage and coordinate the project handover phase with contractors client contractors tenants and building managers Experience with coordinating mechanical electrical and plumbing systems on construction sites or in industrial settings Good understanding in techniques procedures with keen eye for quality and cleanliness Strong problemsolving abilities to address technical issues onsite and ensure that systems are functioning as intended
