Job Title Sales Coordinator Location Dubai UAE Type Fulltime Onsite We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sample distributions assisting with order fulfillment coordinating with delivery teams and following up with clients to ensure smooth operations Key Responsibilities Manage and track sample distribution to potential clientsCoordinate with the sales team and warehouse to fulfill customer ordersFollow up with delivery team and clients for timely dispatch and deliveryMaintain records and assist with basic administrative and inventory tasksEnsure smooth communication between sales operations and customers Requirements Based in DubaiPrior experience in a similar sales operations support role preferred Strong communication and organization skillsFamiliar with Excel or Google SheetsDriving license is a plus
