Marketing Director (Digital Asset Exchange)

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join their dynamic team and help build & nurture their communities, enhance brand awareness, and provide exceptional leadership to the existing team members.

About the Role :

As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Web3 marketing and brand programs.

Responsibilities :

• Create, implement, and maintain effective strategies and execution plans to improve all areas of marketing, including brand awareness.
• Provide clear leadership to the existing marketing team and get involved in all marketing activities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
• Oversee the creation and management of the brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Lead the development of high-quality content that educates and engages the target audience, including blogs, case studies, and social media content.
• Nurture and expand the community around the exchange, engaging with users, developers, and stakeholders through various channels.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the project's reach and impact.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.

Qualifications :

Third-level education ideally in a marketing-focused area.

Must have experience working in a senior marketing capacity within a digital marketing exchange or similar environment.

Salary for this role will be industry-leading. Due to team location, the client prefers candidates who are located in the UAE.
