Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Preparation of snapshots about the company as desired by banks and financial institutions, including IMs, teasers, and financial models.
• Identification and preliminary discussions with banks and institutions for syndication of the facility.
• Assisting senior management and company representatives in giving presentations and participating in meetings with potential lenders.
• Negotiating the broad contours of transactions.
• Assisting the company in preparing project documents and other relevant information for submission to lenders.
• Developing and managing relationships with banks and institutions, including client interactions at all stages.
• Assisting the company in the disbursement procedure.
