Project Manager Job Location Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of highrise building projects from planning and design to construction and handover Ensure project deliverables are met within budget scope and time constraints Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues Implement safety and quality control measures to meet industry standards Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients Manage project resources budgets and schedules efficiently Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals Job Details Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field Masters degree is a plus 15 years of experience in project management with a focus on highrise building construction Extensive experience in the GCC region UAE Saudi Arabia Qatar etc Proven track record of successfully managing largescale construction projects Strong knowledge of construction practices safety regulations and project management software MS Project Primavera etc Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred
