We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant ECommerce to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be highly organized proactive and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment This role requires a selfstarter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Responsibilities Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed supplies placing and expediting orders for supplies Maintain filing systems Inventory replenishment and databases ensuring all information is accurate and up to date Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient Managing with our courier service and drivers to arrange order delivery to our customers Clean and maintain the office ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable Prepare and serve coffee tea and refreshments for visitors Full control over Amazon account Boost sales using ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Noon List products with accurate and optimized descriptions photos and details Create Maintain and Expand our Online Presence on Global Marketplaces like Amazon and Noon Manage Amazon campaigns including PPC brand and display Oversee and manage multiple social media channels including Instagram Facebook and TikTok Support marketing efforts and social media posts
