Oversee daily bar operations including inventory ordering and scheduling Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff Ensure exceptional guest service and consistency in beverage quality Create update and innovate cocktail and beverage menus Manage stock levels cost control and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Collaborate with management on promotions events and service improvements Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial bar role Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails wines and spirits Proven ability to lead a team and maintain high service standards Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills Must be passionate customerfocused and performancedriven
