OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE :

The role will oversee both JW Marriott Marquis and Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel and Suites. Experience managing multiple properties as a seasoned Director of Finance (DOF) is desirable due to the operation's complexity. The role involves acting as the strategic financial leader for a property cluster, achieving financial goals, and implementing strategies that meet or exceed guest and employee expectations. The candidate will provide financial expertise to support brand strategies and initiatives, maximize financial returns, and develop business plans aligned with brand objectives.
