Minimum 7 years of related experience, at least 3 year’s within the UAE in construction / Landscaping Industry
- To have a complete and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the designated Project which includes and is not limited to the contract and the scope of works.
- To identify and analyze risks at an early stage and recommend necessary course of action.
- To monitor, value and track all PCO’s (Proposed Change Orders) and CO’s (Change Orders) in accordance with the companies polices and procedures.
- To value and assess completed work and organize progress payments.
- To liaise with the Design / Engineering department regarding the scope of work and the Bill of Quantities.
