Hotel Industry Abu Dhabi Based Assistant Sales Manager Developing and executing sales strategies for corporate leisure and MICE segments Manage and grow existing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities Coordinate with Revenue Front Office and Events teams to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis Represent the hotel at industry events exhibitions and client meetings Sales Executive Actively prospect and generate leads in line with the hotel s target market Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Conduct site inspections sales calls and followups Collaborate with the reservations and events team to fulfill client needs Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Requirements Proven sales experience in a hotel or hospitality environment in Abu Dhabi Strong network of contacts in corporate government or travel trade sectors Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in English Arabic or additional languages are a plus UAE Driving License preferred
