Location UAE Saudi Arabia Employment Type Fulltime Department Sales Marketing Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients and expand business within existing accounts Identify qualify and pursue new leads and business opportunities in key markets Establish maintain and grow strong relationships with current and prospective clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and presentations to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction Collaborate with crossfunctional teams e g marketing product development to ensure alignment with overall business objectives Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends opportunities and challenges Deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and contract negotiations Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators KPIs Regularly report on sales progress forecasts and insights to senior leadership Qualifications Proven experience in sales and business development preferably within the technology energy or hospitality industries Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills focused on client needs and longterm success Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with strong problemsolving and strategic thinking abilities A valid UAE driving license is required Preferences Knowledge of the technology or engineering sector is a plus Proficiency in Arabic is a plus Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Experience in negotiating complex contracts and deals Proven track record in managing large highvalue client accounts Knowledge of local market dynamics and regulations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia Willingness to travel across the UAE Saudi Arabia region as needed
