Photographer Videographer Job Location Dubai UAE Key Responsibilities Visual Content Creation Produce highquality images and videos of residential and commercial properties ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives Edit and Enhance Visuals Utilize professional software Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro Lightroom Photoshop etc to edit and enhance visuals Aerial Photography Videography Operate drones to capture dynamic aerial footage providing a unique perspective of properties Immersive Experiences Create virtual tours and degree content to engage potential buyers and investors Content Strategy Collaboration Work with the marketing team to produce video and photo content for websites social media and promotional campaigns Client Coordination Collaborate with real estate agents clients and stakeholders to ensure shoots meet marketing objectives Equipment Management Maintain and upgrade photography videography and lighting equipment as needed Requirements Proven Experience Demonstrated experience in real estate photography videography or a related field Portfolio Showcase Strong portfolio showcasing property photography videography and editing skills Proficiency in Creative Suite Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Premiere Pro After Effects Lightroom Photoshop Drone Operation Experience with drone operation and licensing preferred Visual Knowledge Knowledge of lighting staging and composition to enhance property visuals Project Management Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines Communication Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Licenses and Travel Valid UAE drivers license and willingness to travel to property locations
