You will be tasked with developing and implementing effective store policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow as well as maintaining a safe and organized retail environment Managing the stores budget controlling expenses and maximizing profitability all while maintaining the companys brand image and reputation within the community will be part of your core responsibilities as a Store Manager It will be incumbent upon you to create and enforce efficient store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and smoothly functioning retail space The key responsibility of the Store Manager is to manage all aspects of store operations including inventory sales performance and ensuring excellent customer service Managing and motivating a team of employees including providing guidance training and performance evaluations will be a central part of your role in achieving sales objectives and ensuring exceptional customer experiences Managing store operations including inventory sales and customer service will be at the core of your responsibilities as a Store Manager
