Company Description IRS Group UAE specializes in Heavy Machinery engines and spare parts trading We supply original and OEM equipment of brands like Koomatsu CAT Cummins and more Role Description This is a fulltime onsite role for a Procurement Logistics Specialist located in Dubai United Arab Emirates The role calls for close work with sales and management to ensure fulfillment of client requests maintain and keep an uptodate inventory of stock items compare and analyze vendor pricing maintain all relevant records and communicate with Freight Forwarding companies for Shipment planning and management Key responsibilities Building and maintaining strong key vendor relationshipsConduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities to diversify procurement of productAnalyze market prices to ensure costefficient sourcingCoordinate with sales and management process all client inquiries and ensure timely provision of quotationsMaintain client request logs ensure timely feedback and update suppliers on all requestsDrive conversion of pricing requests to orders in coordinated efforts with the SalesManage ordering process ensure timely supply of goods by vendors and further shipment to clientsDevise and put into action effective procurement strategies ensuring the acquisition of essential goods and services to meet operational demandsNegotiate contracts with vendorsPrepare and manage all procurementrelated documentationShipment planning and execution with the support of thirdparty service providersDevelop and implement procurement policiesSupplier Management Identify evaluate and manage suppliers to ensure quality reliability and compliance
