Responsibilities Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations based on their needs Maintain a clean and organized sales floor including product displays and shelves Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our pointofsale system Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns in a timely and professional manner Stay uptodate on product knowledge promotions and current sales trends Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a retail or salesrelated role is preferred Familiarity with products in the retail industry is a plus Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions Ability to work effectively in a targetdriven environment Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE Additional requirements Immediate hiring is preferredWearing hijab is preferred Language Arabic Preferred English Required
