What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS or local statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations, financial reporting requirements, and EMEA regulatory requirements (e.g., VARA, MiCA, FCA).
• Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement regional financial strategies to support decision-making and growth.
• Create financial models and frameworks to assess opportunities and risks.
• Implement systems and processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and controls.
• Drive automation and process improvements to support growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team across EMEA, fostering talent development.
• Promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Stay updated on regional financial regulations and market developments.
