Salary : AED 30,000 – 42,000 / month (Based on depth of clinical and management experience and familiarity with fertility-specific protocols)

Your Mission :

• Design and oversee comprehensive fertility treatment workflows that put patients first.
• Lead quality assurance and clinical governance across all services.
• Be the critical link between clinical and admin teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Own performance improvement initiatives, driving both care quality and operational efficiency.
• Oversee staff development programmes, embedding a culture of learning and excellence.
• Manage compliance and prepare the clinic for international accreditations (e.g., JCI, HFEA).
