Group Head of Legal

We Are Hiring Group Head of Legal at MOBH Holding Group Dubai MOBH Holding Group is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Group Head of Legal to join our team in Dubai This is a fulltime onsite role that will be pivotal in ensuring the legal compliance risk management and strategic legal direction of the company As a seasoned legal professional you will lead the legal department offer strategic legal counsel manage highstakes negotiations and address daytoday legal matters all while safeguarding the company s interests The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in navigating complex legal challenges in a fastpaced business environment Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the legal department providing direction and mentorship to team members Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies that align with business objectives Oversee contract negotiations and ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations Advise senior management on legal risks and implications of business decisions Monitor and assess legislative changes updating company policies and procedures as needed Build and manage relationships with external legal counsel and other service providers Conduct legal research and provide insights on relevant issues impacting the business Ensure full compliance with local regional and international legal regulations Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelors or Master s degree in Law Business Law or a related field 15 years of legal experience with at least 10 years in a similar role within the UAE and Middle East markets preferably with a Family Group of Companies or Holding Group Proven experience in a senior legal role within a corporate environment Deep understanding of corporate governance compliance and risk management Exceptional negotiation communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a highpressure environment A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks Fluency in Arabic and English written and verbal is a must Core Skills Extensive knowledge of corporate law compliance regulations and risk management practices Strong negotiation drafting and dispute resolution capabilities Excellent analytical problemsolving and legal research skills Ability to effectively manage legal disputes and litigation Strong leadership organizational and time management skills
