Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor Job Location Dubai UAE Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all electrical works on highrise construction projects Review project drawings specifications and work plans to ensure compliance and execution quality Monitor progress resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of electrical installations Manage a team of electricians and subcontractors assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards DEWA regulations and project requirements Collaborate with project engineers architects and other supervisors to address project needs and challenges Maintain detailed records of work activities material usage and progress reports Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of required materials and tools Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems and equipment Ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical systems before handover Qualifications Experience Education Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in electrical works for highrise building projects preferably in the UAE or GCC Skills Strong knowledge of electrical systems installations and troubleshooting Familiarity with DEWA and UAE regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
