About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Architectural Sales Head to spearhead our sales initiatives across the Middle East, with a primary focus on the UAE market. The ideal candidate will possess strategic acumen, deep industry expertise, and a robust network among architects, builders, and project managers. A proven track record in sales leadership and business development within the architectural films segment is essential.
You will be responsible for defining and executing growth strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and driving both volume and value growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the architectural films segment.
- Drive market share growth through strategic planning, channel development, and white-label partnerships
- Lead efforts to acquire new dealers and direct customers in collaboration with distributors and customer sales representatives.
Channel Expansion & Key Account Management
Expand distributor and dealer networks through field visits and relationship-building initiatives.Forge and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, government agencies, and project management firms.Lead negotiations and service agreements with white-box customers and major suppliers.Marketing & Market Intelligence
Collaborate with marketing to design impactful promotional campaigns tailored to the architectural market.Leverage market intelligence to guide strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities.Performance & Compliance
Achieve sales, acquisition, and revenue targets with strict adherence to corporate policies.Deliver on direct customer acquisition, dealer acquisition, and new dealership targets.Drive the implementation of marketing-driven sales actionsKey Deliverables
Revenue growth across the Middle East region.Dealer and direct customer acquisition targets.Growth in white-box and private-label partnerships.Strategic distributor engagement and expansion.Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.Experience
8–10 above years of sales experience in the Middle East market, preferably in architectural films, window films, or related industries.Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing large client portfolios.Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of the architectural and construction ecosystem in the Middle East.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East.What We Offer
