Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Cybersecurity company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and marketing efforts across the Middle East, specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in BFSI, government, and commercial sectors, deep expertise in cybersecurity compliance frameworks, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales, business development, and marketing strategies to expand the company's GRC footprint across the Middle East.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Oversee and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policies related to cybersecurity and GRC.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
