Logistics Supervisor Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to minimize costs and enhance delivery efficiency Negotiate agreements with vendors carriers and service providers to secure favorable terms Monitor and report on key performance indicators KPIs including ontime delivery rates and cost savings Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records to prevent discrepancies Process customer orders and guarantee timely shipment Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly Requirements and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field is preferred A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint is necessary Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential The ability to work independently and take initiative is crucial Knowledge of logistics systems and processes is required Understanding of inventory management and forecasting is necessary
