1 Handle customer inquiries quotations and bidding documents and assist with processing sales contracts 2 Complete various information record forms and statistical data analyses required by the company on time each month 3 Maintain the customer information and document databases to ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer records and files 4 Monitor accounts receivable supervise and remind project personnel to ensure timely collection of project funds keeping relevant tracking records 5 Assist the business director with other tasks as needed
