HR Business Partner Recruitment Agency Real Estate Construction Background We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and growing organisation in Dubai This role is suited for a commercially minded HR professional with a strong background in recruitment agencies and expertise in the real estate or construction sectors As an HR Business Partner you will be a key player in shaping and executing the company s HR strategy You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to implement bestinclass HR practices that align with business objectives The role will require you to take a handson approach to talent acquisition workforce planning and employee engagement ensuring the company attracts retains and develops toptier talent Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and workforce optimisation Drive recruitment initiatives working closely with hiring managers to secure top talent for key roles Oversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding performance management and career development Provide HR guidance on policies employment laws and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk Support leadership in workforce planning organisational design and succession planning Manage employee relations conflict resolution and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and highperformance culture Lead initiatives on talent retention and employee wellbeing to enhance company culture Work with leadership to identify and implement learning and development programs that drive career growth and internal mobility Ideal Candidate Must have experience working in a recruitment agency with a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies Prior HR experience in the real estate or construction industry is essential Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws employment regulations and HR best practices Ability to manage multiple stakeholders work in a fastpaced environment and drive businessaligned HR strategies Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills Proven ability to drive employee engagement and talent development programs Salary Benefits Salary range 15 20 AED per month depending on experience Opportunity to work with a leading company in the real estate and construction industry Collaborative and growthfocused work environment with strong leadership support If you are an HR professional with recruitment agency experience and a passion for the real estate or construction sectors we would love to hear from you Apply today to take the next step in your HR career
