Your key responsibilities will include Developing and implementing a comprehensive HR Transformation strategy focused on enhancing employee experience talent acquisition and development performance management and HR technology adoption Championing innovative learning and development programs that address future skills needs and equip employees with the knowledge and skills to thrive in a rapidly changing environment Overseeing the design and implementation of effective talent management practices including talent acquisition on boarding performance management succession planning and career development Facilitating organisational development initiatives to foster a culture of high performance engagement and continuous improvement Leading the selection implementation and integration of HR technology solutions to automate processes improve datadriven decisionmaking and enhance the employee experience Managing and driving change initiatives across the organisation ensuring effective communication and stakeholder buyin Providing expert guidance and support to HR colleagues and line managers on all aspects of HR transformation
