Currently we are hiring for below role :

Resident Engineer

Location : Abu Dhabi Site

Industry : Exp with villas, hospitality, residential

Middle East Experience Required

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Lead Client's site supervision services on a flagship residential project
• Ensure works are executed to spec, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Represent the client on all technical and contractual matters
• Manage a high-performing site team across all disciplines
• Resolve site issues, review progress, and lead coordination across stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with HSE, QA / QC, and project controls at all levels
• Administer FIDIC-based contracts and oversee change management
• Drive project execution plans, reporting, and internal coordination meetings
• Provide strategic input on budget, scope, schedule, and risk mitigation

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master’s is a plus)

15 years of experience in complex construction projects, including 10 years in high-end residential developments

Strong leadership in site supervision and project delivery

Demonstrated experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams on-site

In-depth knowledge of contract administration (FIDIC), construction methods, and UAE authority requirements

Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills

Strategic thinker with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
