Job description
As part of a dynamic and motivated consulting team, you will support a variety of client projects across sectors. You will contribute to delivering high-impact solutions in areas such as business strategy, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and project delivery. This role is designed for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in managing projects with internal stakeholders and third parties
- Assist in defining and implementing business strategies, including market analysis, financial modeling, digital roadmaps, and operational planning
- Conduct research, data collection, and benchmarking to inform business recommendations
- Support process improvement initiatives through mapping, reengineering, and performance management
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and contribute to knowledge sharing
Preferred Experience in Sustainability (ESG)
While not mandatory, experience or interest in sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) topics is considered a strong asset. Candidates with this background may contribute to projects involving :
Developing analytics and technology solutions to detect, monitor, and predict ESG-related risksSupporting clients in aligning with emerging ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD)Assisting in defining ESG strategies and sustainability goals aligned with corporate objectivesDesigning dashboards and controls to track ESG performanceConducting ESG risk assessments and stakeholder engagementMonitoring ESG regulatory trends and industry best practicesContributing to sustainability reporting and policy documentationQualifications
Strong academic background (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Economics) from top-tier university.1 -3 years of experience preferably in consulting.Ability to adapt quickly to challenging and frequently changing environments, while working on challenging topics across multiple business areas under tight deadlines.Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated leadership experience.Proven experience working in a team environment.Business Process Management or ReengineeringStakeholder Management skillsInterest or prior involvement in ESG / sustainability topics is a plusBusiness proficiency in Arabic and English is a mustAdditional information
