Deep understanding of the technology landscape in the ENR sector, including industry-specific challenges, opportunities, and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing technology strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes. Ability to travel to client sites and work in a dynamic, collaborative consulting environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage technology consulting engagements for ENR clients, including strategy development, solution design, implementation, and optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at ENR clients, including C-level executives, business leaders, and IT decision-makers, to understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the ENR sector, with a focus on driving innovation and competitive advantage.
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation strategies for ENR clients, aligning technology investments with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality technology solutions and services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and leading client presentations and demonstrations, to expand our footprint within the ENR sector.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to develop and enhance our service offerings, methodologies, and tools for the ENR sector.
