Job Title HSE Engineer Work Location Abu Dhabi With occasional visit to offshore as per the work requirements Leave Cycle 30 for single status single status accommodation provided 30 for family status Family status is subject to the approval of Management after successful completion of probation period Working Hours Abu Dhabi 07 00 to 15 00 5days a week Offshore 06 30 to 18 30 7days a week Accommodation Single status provided Air Ticket Round trip Economy class provided Food Subsidised food provided by the company Medical Health Insurance provided Contract Type Contract Hire Salary AED 12 per month Qualification minimum Certification Bachelor degree in Engineering Mechanical Chemical Health Safety or Environmental Sciences or an equivalent qualification NEBOSH IGC International General Certificate IOSH OSHA certificate in Occupation Health and Safety ISO Certified Internal Auditor Additional HSE Trainings Certifications will be added advantage Experience minimum 58 years relevant experience is required Minimum 5 years in Oil Gas industry as a HSE Engineer Preference for candidates who have experience in ADNOC group of companies Job Requirements Responsibilities Develop and ensures that the company HSEMS frame is fulfilling the requirements of ADNOC HSE standards Ensures training resources are available covering all topics in Company HSEMS Framework Responsible for implementing Company HSEMS Framework within the allocated resources Analyses updates and implement the Company HSEMS Framework Develops and communicates a comprehensive internal procedure for implementing the requirements of company HSEMS Framework covering all employees and activities including those by the Contractors Compliance Monitoring and assurance for all Contractors HSEMS implementation inline to Company and ADNOC HSE Standards Participate Organises and leads in monitoring the workplace through various HSE walk throughs inspections Lead and Participate in the HSEIA HSE Studies and assure the Studies outcome are conducted in accordance with ADNOC standard for facilities both existing as well as new including projects Prepare and conduct HSE Programs to enhance the HSE Culture in the company such as Campaign Awareness etc Develop and implement the annual Training schedule for the company in accordance with company HSEMS Framework Develop annual HSEMS Audit plan and ensure its being conducted in accordance the Company ADNOC HSE Standards Support in conducting Incident Investigation and review the report inline to Company ADNOC HSE Standards Prepare Trend analysis for all incident investigation reports and present with to the management for the close out action and further improvement input to HSEMS framework Monitor all the safety critical equipment are maintained in accordance with annual maintenance plan OEM recommendation such as Lifeboat life raft SCBA Fire Extinguishers etc Management of Contractor HSE such as Develop Procedure for Contractor Management Evaluate the Contractor HSE Performance Conduct HSE Audits for Contractors etc Develop Procedure for Risk Management Recognition risk evaluation and control Preparing Drill plan and schedule for all emergency drills and exercise Experience of directing Management of Change MOC reviews Company Profile TYCHE HR Consultancy is a leading human resource consultancy specializing in recruitment sourcing headhunting for permanent placements outsourcing local and overseas hiring Our team of experienced professionals works tirelessly to match the right talent with the right opportunities helping businesses thrive and individuals succeed With a strong network and an innovative approach to talent acquisition we provide topnotch HR solutions tailored to our clients unique needs Whether you are looking to build your dream team or take the next step in your career TYCHE HR Consultancy is here to support you every step of the way
