Project Manager Job Location Abu Dhabi UAE Job Details Bachelors or Master s degree in Civil Architecture PMP IPMA Certification Not less than 15 years of relevant experience in the construction supervision field Not less than 7 years of experience in a similar position in the consultancy field Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills Excellent skills in Project Management Contract Management risk management change management Project Cost Controlling Project Cost Allocation Lean Management Budget Allocation reporting planning Wellversed with Local Federal Authority Rules and Regulations and Civil Engineering Codes as well Excellent command of Electronic Document Management Systems such as ACONEX or equivalent Working knowledge and experience with Project Management platforms software Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management Basic knowledge of infrastructure works Maintain strict confidentiality of projectrelated information Uphold professional ethics and follow internal communication protocols and reporting lines
