We are URGNTLY hiring for QS Estimator with 3 years experience in Joinery FitOut Industry Ability to read understand drawings takeoff quantities of curtain blinds details for loose furniture s joinery items for estimation and pricing Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications Strong knowledge of advanced Excel Preparing bills of quantities by means of coordinating with all related parties Design Procurement and Finance assist in costing pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items Prepare tender documents contracts budgets bills of quantities and other documentationLiaise with the client and other construction professionals such as site managers project managers and site engineers Conduct Site Visit and when required to take measurements and monitor progress Responsible for payment application preparation Requirements College GraduateWell versed in AutoCAD and excel2 to 3 year s experience in Joinery FitOut IndustryUAE Driving LicenseWell conversant in English and written Can work under pressure
