A Snapshot of Your Day :

For this role, we are looking for someone eager to learn and take on new challenges. You will review requests from business partners or teams via email, manage ad hoc requests from the HOD, attend meetings with the HOD and Senior Lawyers, and independently manage your workload. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude and will be able to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities

How You Will Make An Impact

• Review terms and conditions related to sales and promotions.
• Experience in contract reviews, NDAs, distribution agreements, marketing, and service agreements.
• Business partnering for marketing and e-store teams.
• Data privacy advising & compliance advising.
• Support on projects including corporate and commercial.
• Support members of the legal function daily.
• Budgeting and Excel sheet knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

What You’ll Need :

• Law school training or legal background; admission to bar is a plus.
• 5 years' of related experience in-house or private practice.
• Experience as a legal assistant or junior lawyer.
• Experience reviewing legal documents and amendments / drafting legal clauses.
• Understanding of Data Privacy Laws.
• Experience negotiating agreements.
• Excellent English skills; Arabic and / or French fluency is a bonus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ethical, punctual, dedicated, and committed.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and cultures.
