Job Title Male Indian Chef Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to prepare authentic Indian cuisine specializing in traditional and modern dishes The chef will be responsible for menu planning ingredient selection food preparation and maintaining high kitchen hygiene standards Key Responsibilities Prepare a variety of Indian dishes including curries tandoori items biryanis and regional specialties Develop and refine recipes to enhance flavors and presentation Ensure food quality consistency and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations Manage kitchen inventory order supplies and minimize waste Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed Requirements Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting Expertise in Indian spices cooking techniques and regional flavors Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and maintain kitchen efficiency Strong leadership and teamwork skills
