JOB PURPOSE Ensure Jacking Systems Integrity and Fitness for Purpose of Jacking Systems on JackUp Marine Units before Marine Units are authorized to entry into ADNOC Offshore fields Review update ADNOC Offshore Jacking Integrity Management System to be in compliance with best of the industrial practices national and international standards This includes management of technical aspects associated with audits jacking system trials deficiency assessment and advising on risk mitigation Provide technical specialist advice and support to Job Officers KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Job Specific Accountabilities Develop and enhance Jacking System Integrity Assurance Program and Process Review and upgrade Jacking Units Integrity Management System JUIMS especially the sections on referring to the Jacking Systems Participate carry out audits on Jacking Systems to ensure Integrity and assess Fitness for Purpose of the Jacking System including multidiscipline integrity i e structural mechanical electrical instrumentation Ensure compliance to Company s Jacking System Integrity Management System Participate in Jacking System Passport Process as per approved RACI Consult OEM on technical aspects of Jacking Systems Review Jacking System trials report deficiency list risk rankings risk mitigation and advise on Fitness for Purpose for entry of Marine Unit into Company s field Be the technical reference and Subject Matter Expert on ADNOC OFFSHORE Jacking System Integrity Management and provide technical direction and expert advice Participates in writing and updating COMPANY Technical Documents related to Jacking System Participates in conduct of Jacking System failures or accident incident investigation Participate in identifying and managing Jacking System related risks assessment and ensuring safety standards and safe working practices are adhered Ensures changes to process procedure to ensure Jacking System Integrity Management are communicated and approved as per Company s standards process procedures Develop KPI and dashboard for management s attention related to Jacking System Integrity Management Ensures that all documentation relating to the Jacking System Integrity Management are maintained and archived correctly Work in line with HSE Policy and ensure awareness and compliance of HSE rules and regulations Comply with all UAE ADNOC ADNOC Offshore Asset Integrity Management codes of practice QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE SKILLS Minimum Qualification Mechanical Marine engineering Bachelor s degree or equivalent Minimum Experience Knowledge Skills Minimum 17 years extensive experience on jacking system operation maintenance overhauling and its integrity management Highly skilled technically professionally with thorough understanding of Jacking Systems Types Design Anomalies Failure Analysis Root Cause Studies Assessment Risk Management and mitigations Proficient in spoken and written English Good knowledge in carrying out risk assessment using Company HSE matrix Must be computer literate
