JOB DETAILS PROJECT SITE FOREMAN We are looking for a competent experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites As a Construction Foreman your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate efficient manner Construction Foreman duties and responsibilities Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans Making maintaining a team of Carpenter Painter Helpers and Other Site Workers Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget Indepth knowledge of construction procedures equipment s and cost estimates evaluations Ability to read drawings plans and blueprints Liaise with clients contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the project Construction Foreman requirements Proven experience as construction foreman across technical services general maintenance works Minimum 3 years of experience Excellent knowledge of industry construction operations techniques equipment s tools materials Good timemanagement skills and Ability to multitask High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade Job Type Fulltime Permanent Salary Up to AED per month plus Accommodation Transportation Visa Insurance Language Preferred Excellent communication skill in Malayalam Urdu Hindi English Arabic will be advantage UAE Available candidates WHATSAPP CV to or Email at baitalhikmatechnicalservices gmail com before Week 2 Feb
