Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator Supervisor Job Location Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the vehicle maintenance staff Schedule and prioritize maintenance and repair work to ensure minimal downtime of vehicles Conduct regular inspections of the fleet to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations Procurement of Vehicle parts Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment ensuring adequate stock levels Train and mentor technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge Ensure all maintenance work is performed in accordance with company standards and industry best practices Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any vehiclerelated issues Prepare reports on maintenance activities costs and performance metrics Qualifications Automobile engineering Diploma or equivalent technical or vocational training in automotive maintenance preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance with at least Y years in a supervisory role Indepth knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures equipment and tools Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Proficiency in using maintenance management software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid drivers license with a clean driving record product Knowledge and spare parts procurement experience
