Sales Order Management Efficiently manage the sales order flow in SAP including projects spare parts and field service Customer Care Activities Execute customer care activities to achieve assigned revenue targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction BackOffice Operations Handle all backoffice activities such as preparing order acknowledgements issuing purchase orders to suppliers and updating customers on order status Supply Chain Coordination Collaborate with supply chain colleagues in EMEA and overseas to monitor order delivery progress Certification Management Obtain required certifications for export and import products for customs clearance Issue Resolution Solve import export issues following Line Manager guidelines Forwarding Agent Selection Select the best forwarding agents where applicable Financial Coordination Liaise with AFC in case of letters of credit from customers Shipment Documentation Prepare all necessary documents for shipment Field Service Coordination Work with the field service team to plan site activities according to customer requirements Invoicing Produce and send invoices to customers Reporting Provide accurate and timely reporting of activities including revenue forecasts order pipeline status and ontime delivery OTD using the proper tools reporting to Line Managers Customer Relationship Management Maintain and develop relationships with customers to support the business Event Participation Participate in trade exhibitions events and demonstrations as required Compliance Ensure compliance with all general and company policies
