Hiring Sales Executive for a Staff Outsourcing Company to be based in Dubai We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team The ideal candidate should have 25 years of experience in the manpower supply industry strong sales acumen and excellent coordination skills This role requires a combination of business development client relationship management and workforce coordination Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower and recruitment sector Identify and target potential clients in the industries assigned Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and visitsUnderstand client needs and propose customized solutions related to manpower supplyBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their manpower requirements Generate leads conduct client meetings and negotiate contracts Work on tenders proposals and quotations for potential clients Address and resolve client and employee concerns regarding manpower deployment Experience 25 years in manpower supply or staffing industry Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration HR or a related field preferred Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing Job Full time Must have UAE Driving License
