Description In this role the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive multicultural workplace culture and ensuring effective human resource management across the organization Responsibilities include aligning with headquarters culture management practices and HR policies as well as meeting local compliance and legal requirements Key responsibilities Optimize HR policies and processes to ensure efficient operations that comply with local regulations in Dubai while keeping uptodate with employment legislation Build and maintain positive relationships with the HR department at headquarters to ensure alignment between the plants HR policies and headquarters standards Oversee recruitment processes from job postings and interviews to the onboarding of new hires including visa and work permit applications Provide onboarding training to help new employees understand company regulations requirements culture and working environment Assist staff from different countries in adapting to cultural differences with a particular focus on supporting supervisors Organize employee engagement initiatives including training and development programs teambuilding activities Conduct performance management processes and provide guidance to both managers and employees Manage employee relations by addressing concerns maintaining strong relationships and fostering open communication trust and a positive work environment Participate in or manage other HR procedures such as Compensation Benefits dormitory management and HR operations
