Al Taqdeer Technical Services Est Hiring Estimation Engineer Job Title Estimation Engineer HVAC Location Dubai UAE Experience Minimum 23 years in HVAC Estimation We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer with 23 years of experience in HVAC systems to join our team in Dubai The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects including equipment installation and maintenance costs You will collaborate closely with project managers engineers and suppliers to ensure accurate project costing and timely submission of proposals Key Responsibilities Review project specifications drawings and scope to prepare accurate HVAC estimates Calculate material labor and equipment requirements for HVAC projects Liaise with vendors and suppliers for pricing and lead times Assist in the preparation of tenders quotations and bids Evaluate subcontractor quotations and select suitable partners Coordinate with the project management team to assess and manage project budgets Ensure compliance with local regulations standards and industry best practices Support in value engineering and cost optimization during project execution Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum of 23 years experience in HVAC estimation Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design and cost estimation tools Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel and estimation software Apply now to be part of a dynamic team in the growing HVAC industry in Dubai
